Oxfordclass Tours was formed by myself, Shamir Adams in 2007. After being exposed to the international market being employed as a chauffeur driver I realized the need for further assistance from our South African market to create further opportunities for interested Operators like myself.

My primary focus at the time was to offer executive private chauffeur services for the FIT – Frequent Independent Traveler market and for this I purchased 2 x C Class compressor Mercedes.  I created a  network with fellow operators who in turn could also provide more vehicles should the requirement arise, making accessible to the market a wider range of executive vehicles.

After setting the foundation for the executive market , I had also now managed to  get the opportunity to service a  bigger market of  groups ranging from 7, 16 , 21, 28 & 44 seater vehicles capacities.  From conferencing to company incentives and tailor made tours Oxfordclass Tours had now established itself as and excellent and professional service provider for the local and international market.

Further to the success of Oxfordclass Tours a ‘sister’ host company called Oxfordclass V.I.P & Security Services  was established which complimented the executive touring section of our enterprise.

The primary focus for this established company was that many of the International guests who had been booking tours and  where touring South Africa had also requested VIP security for their stay and movement around Cape Town.

The secondary focus is also to offer V.I.P protection service to international governments on unofficial visits to South Africa. 
By doing this Oxfordclass had now created a package deal for the Supplier, The Agent and its Guests.
